• You retain ownership of your pre-existing intellectual property and materials provided to us

5. Payment Terms

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by UAE law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement according to the terms specified in the service contract. Upon termination:

• All outstanding payments become immediately due
• Confidentiality obligations continue to apply
• All relevant materials and deliverables will be handed over as per agreement terms

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority and the UAE Federal Courts, as applicable.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
